If your request requires custom attention, please follow the steps below and submit your inquiry form. Custom event orders require a minimum of seven days notice, although more lead time is highly suggested. During our peak seasons (May-June and September-October), we are often booked several weeks in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as you start to plan your event so we can check our availability for you. We are a small team and place an emphasis on quality over quantity to keep our creative work at a high level.
1: What size is needed?
To propose the correct size cake, we’ll need to know approximately how many guests will be attending your event.
4” serves 1-3 ; starts at $25.00+
6” serves 10-12 ; starts at $45.00+
8” serves 20 ; starts at $80.00+
10” serves 30 ; starts at $120.00+
12” serves 44 ; starts at $180.00+

2: BUTTERCREAM VS. FONDANT
Pick your cake and buttercream filling flavors from our menu. Next, decide on which style best suits your desired design - fondant covering or buttercream texture. Fondant cakes contain the exact same amount of buttercream as a “buttercream” cake, this style just has a very thin layer of fondant covering the cake. Fondant acts as a canvas for us to employ certain techniques not available to buttercream cakes - including stenciling, sculpting and hand painting. We’d be happy to steer you in the right direction if you are unsure which suits your style best.
3: Place your order
For all custom orders, please submit the inquiry form below and we’ll respond within 48 hours. Once your order is discussed and designed, we’ll email you an invoice for electronic payment. Payment in full is required to confirm your booking. If you’re picking up, we’ll confirm a time/date for you to visit our facility in Manayunk. If your order exceeds $150.00 and delivery is needed, we can provide a quote. (Complimentary delivery is offered to Manayunk 19127 neighbors.)

We do not offer sugar-free, dairy-free or vegan options. Our facility is not an allergen free environment and we do not recommend the consumption of our products for those who have allergies. We produce products containing nuts, dairy and gluten on a daily basis.

Step 1: Cake Tasting
If your wedding date is within the next 5-9 months, now is a good time to reach out to us to determine our availability. We’ll then instruct you to book your consultation or cake sample pickup. It is helpful if you already have your venue and caterer booked and have confirmed that an outside cake vendor is allowed. During our meeting, you’ll have the chance to sample a curated selection of our most popular flavors and discuss your timeline and options. Follow the link below to book your consultation and we’ll follow up with an invoice to confirm your appointment.
A $200.00 deposit will secure your wedding date on our calendar, with the remainder of your balance due one month prior to your event.
Step 2: Inspiration
In the meantime, gather ideas of which styles you’re attracted to - are you more of a naked cake or marbled fondant kind of couple? Fresh, sugar or no flowers? How do you feel about metallics? There are so many options when it comes to cake design, so forming some strong preferences will help steer us in the right direction.
Wedding cake pricing varies depending on design, with most tiered cakes falling within the $8.00 - $10.00 per serving range. We hand deliver and set up all tiered wedding cakes (within 100 miles of Philadelphia). Our optional cake stand rental selection is available to elevate your design and display your cake as the centerpiece it deserves to be.
In addition to cake, our macarons and decorated sugar cookies make great favors or wedding party gifts.
