This design features a smooth, ombre buttercream exterior, topped with a crown of macarons and optional candles + sprinkled with coordinating, fancy sprinkles (gold or multi-colored - your choice!).

Once added to your cart, you’ll be asked to customize your exterior color, choose your cake and buttercream flavors and customize or omit the age.

We do not ship cakes. Your order will need to be picked up at our Manayunk production facility.
